Using The Intraday

The Intraday is operated by The Intraday LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms are between you and The Intraday LLC and apply when you use our website and account services. We provide financial charts, research tools, and a separate optional newsletter. Use the service only if you can enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable law.

Keep your sign-in details private and the information you give us accurate. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us.

Research, data, and your decisions

The Intraday is an informational research tool. Charts, financial metrics, articles, and automated summaries are not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell a security.

Market and company data can be delayed, incomplete, revised, or incorrect. Calculations and automated explanations can contain errors. Check material information against original filings and other reliable sources before acting. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal; you remain responsible for your decisions.

Free and Pro

Free includes charting and chart work stored in your browser. Pro adds saving workspaces, drawings, indicator settings, and watchlists to your account and syncing them across devices. The current feature list is on our pricing page.

When Pro ends, your local chart work remains available and cloud documents you already own remain readable. Creating, changing, or deleting cloud saves through the app requires Pro. This feature restriction does not limit any privacy or deletion rights you have under applicable law; contact us to make a privacy request.

Browser storage can be cleared by you or your browser. Keep a separate copy of chart work that matters to you. The service is not a permanent archive.

Billing and cancellation

Pro is offered at US $19 per month or US $190 per year. The price, billing period, and any applicable taxes or discounts are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your subscription renews automatically for the billing period you select until you cancel. By purchasing, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout.

To stop renewal, open Account → Plan, choose the billing-management option, and cancel your subscription in the billing portal before your next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If you cannot access your account or the portal, contact us for help.

Canceling renewal does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Refund requests are reviewed case by case: contact us with your account email, the charge date, and the reason for your request. Do not send full payment-card details. Nothing in these terms limits refunds, withdrawal rights, or other remedies required by applicable law.

If a payment fails or your subscription ends, Pro features may become unavailable. Your billing portal shows your subscription status and renewal information.

Content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in chart work and other content you create. You give The Intraday permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the features you use. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use.

The website, software, editorial content, and third-party market data remain subject to their owners’ rights. Access to the service does not grant a right to resell or redistribute licensed market data.

Do not interfere with the service, bypass account or payment controls, access another person’s data, distribute malicious code, or use the service for unlawful activity. Access may be restricted when needed to investigate abuse, protect the service, or comply with law.

Newsletter and privacy

The newsletter is optional. Creating an app account or buying Pro does not subscribe you. If you subscribe, use the unsubscribe or preference link in a newsletter email to manage delivery.

Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed for accounts, saved chart work, payments, email, and website usage.

Availability and changes

Features and data coverage can change, and the service can be interrupted for maintenance, provider issues, or other reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every company, metric, or historical period will be covered.

Changes to these terms will appear on this page with an updated date. Changes that require notice or consent will be handled as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
